The Kent Cardiovascular Network encompasses Coronary Heart Disease, Stroke and Vascular services for the population of Kent and Medway. The focus of the Network is on patients and not organisations.
The Network works across organisational and professional boundaries to secure the most effective services possible, through service improvement and redesign. Another element of the Network's work is to assist commissioners in the commissioning process for the three specific areas.
